About the role
You’ll be part of a team working on our customer portal logged in area which is at the heart of our website as well as wider initiatives and projects across the business.
You’ll be asked to use your testing skills to review and enhance our customers’ experience that ultimately shape our sector-leading customer journeys.
Deadlines are often tight, so you’ll need to keep a cool head, be well organised and deliver results on time. You need to be detailed, seeking out issues and accurate with flawless attention to detail.
