  • Installing, setting up, and testing HPE products to validate documentation, and provide feedback on ease of use and user interfaces to product development
  • Taking ownership for and driving specific information development projects and initiatives
  • Providing reviews, feedback, and editing on UI design, websites, and other customer-facing deliverables in coordination with the UX and product development teams
  • Bringing creative ideas to the team that promote innovation and improved documentation quality

About you:

  • You have Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in English, Technical Communications, or a related field
  • You have an intermediate experience as an Information Developer and a significant, current experience with DITA-based technical documentation design and writing (Ixiasoft CMS experience would be an advantage)
  • You have a strong understanding of structured content and content reuse
  • You would be able to manage multiple concurrent projects while working independently and with others, including those from other cross-functional teams
  • You would be able to work independently as a sole writer, in collaboration with the development teams
  • You demonstrate an in-depth understanding of enterprise storage systems and concepts (a plus)
  • You have experience or knowledge developing videos, chatbots, mobile documentation, or in-product documentation (a plus)
  • You show interest in user experience design and basic UX principles (a plus)
