The role of Senior Enterprise Security Architecture Manager requires both team management and hands on technical security expertise – we’d like for you to feel comfortable thinking strategically to help define our cyber security programme whilst planning, designing and building robust security architectures for new IT and business-led projects. Spotting risks, developing consensus and raising awareness will come quite naturally to you but also how you take this expertise to empower the team around you is something that we encourage. We believe that the best work comes from collaboration so you’ll be building and maintaining great relationships between internal and external stakeholders and other third-party entities that support Dyson.
You’ll feel comfortable providing expertise within cyber security; pro-actively providing guidance to business divisions, projects and 3rd parties whilst ensuring your recommended solutions are cost effective, observing industry good practice, exhibiting appropriate security governance, and that the technologies you choose are adequately implemented and secured to support the needs of the business.
You’ll be able to talk through and deliver strategy but you’ll also have had hands on experience enterprise security implementation including IT security controls and enterprise security including Zero Trust principals, Network & Infrastructure Security, Application Security in SDLC, Secure Cloud & Mobility It goes without saying that we’d also like to see strong practical knowledge of industry standard frameworks, best practices and regulations. And if you’ve done all of this, for large, complex organisations a little bit like Dyson then even better.
