The Senior Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for the design and execution of sales and technical sales enablement programs for ForgeRock partners globally. The primary aim for this role is to lead a cross-functional effort with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Solution Architects, and ForgeRock University teams, to develop and execute on the plan to improve the sales and technical sales effectiveness of ForgeRock partner organisations. Your experience in developing partner-ready programs, tools and training will enable you to rapidly provide value and measurably impact the success of the partner sales organisation and key strategic partners.
Design and execute Global Partner Enablement programs including managing the rollout, adoption and knowledge transfer of sales campaigns and technical sales knowledge.
Package and deliver partner-ready messages to drive prospect and customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
Lead a cross-functional virtual team, leveraging existing (and if required, creating new) content to develop partner-ready product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s products in the market and can:
Work closely with all cross-functional stakeholders:
Manage the cross-functional partnership between Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, Solution Architects and ForgeRock University for the launch of new products or releases, and new sales campaigns. Build regular cadence of communication and training activity to deliver sales and technical sales talk-tracks, and materials to support the overall positioning of the ForgeRock product or solution. Be a subject matter expert on ForgeRock partners, what they want, and how they want to consume or access content. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of successful collaboration with partners and cross-functional virtual teams.
Enable partner access to impactful sales and technical content and tools:
Monitor and maintain effective reporting including measurement of training adoption, and provide guidance on business impact, areas for improvement, and additional future projects.
