We need you to help make that happen! You’ll be working with our partnerships team to help organise their work in the community. We’re a small startup working with some of the most exciting business in the UK and we want our team members to reflect that. We’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic, inquisitive, outgoing, flexible and keen to work with our amazing tech cluster.

The new Partnerships Assitant will assist with all duties connected with our talent partner offering including uploading content across our digital channels; supporting marketing initiatives; developing our offerings; building partnerships; research and project support.

It is a varied role and offers the successful candidate a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of Bristol’s most exciting businesses and make some great connections. This is a part time role – 3 days per week.

There is a huge opportunity for career development in this role as the partnerships grow.

While every day as our Partnership and Membership Assitant will be different, here are some of the key responsibilities working closely with the Partnership Manager:

  • Assist with setting up and onboarding new partners
  • Develop, upload and manage the jobs from our partners
  • Facilitate promotional campaigns for partners across TechSPARK platforms
  • Work with the Head of Partnerships on the planning and delivery of regular events and activities for partners
  • Support communications across our social media and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the partnerships and editorial team on content, initiatives and wider strategy
  • Solvingpartner queries as they come up

Skills and Competencies

  • Engage people and help support our community.
  • Able to prioritise, problem-solve & multi-task
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Be willing to take a flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Have planning and organisation skills and be able to work to tight deadlines


  • Show experience of working for a digital or tech business
