    You will report to the Head of Marketing.
    This is a rare opportunity to step into people management and to lead a growing acquisition team.

    Who you are and what you’ll be doing:

    As a Lead Digital Marketer, you will work with the Head of Marketing to translate Signable’s marketing strategy in an easy to understand way, establish the smooth running of marketing activity and ensure that current campaigns are being implemented correctly, as well as providing support to Domo’s Marketing Team.

    You will work on the quarterly team level OKRs set by the Head of Marketing and will be comfortable managing several different projects at once, as you will be aware of all the team’s goings on! You will be patient and empathic in order to successfully support team members in their work to achieve company growth and team level goals whilst staying on top of your own marketing development.

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • Leading the Marketing Acquisition Team, including the PPC Marketing Executive
    • Plan and executing marketing tactics to drive signups and achieve qualified lead targets
    • Plan and budget all acquisition campaigns
    • Implementing and driving the acquisition growth plan and strategy
    • Working towards achieving set targets and KPI’s
    • Identifying new areas of opportunity for growth
    • Creating a structure to improve conversion rates
    • Work with Content team lead on SEO strategy to generate organic traffic and leads
    • Finding new partnership and affiliate opportunities
    • Producing forecasts for customer and revenue KPIs from acquisition marketing activities
    • Set up a continuous testing programme to ensure that we are learning and improving on results
    • Provide regular campaign reporting, highlighting insights and key trends to recommend actionable next steps to improve future activity
    • Working closely with our Content, Data and Growth teams
    • Keep up to date with all latest advancements in the industry

    Ideal candidate:

    • 2 years experience as a Marketing Team Lead or similar role
    • A degree in marketing, business, communication or a relevant subject is preferred
    • Consumer acquisition marketing campaign planning and delivery experience
    • Demonstrable experience in marketing campaign management
    • Experience working in conjunction with a Sales team
    • Experience with managing people
    • Someone looking to take full responsibility for the role to drive growth
    • Analytically minded
    • Able to work independently

    Essential skills:

    • A working knowledge of B2B marketing
    • Experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • The ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Good writing skills
    • A good knowledge of SEO and analytics
    • Experience in managing paid ads account
    • As a distributed team, the ability to work as such is a must. We use tools to help this, so an understanding of Slack, Monday, Trello and Google Docs is important
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Photoshop, InDesign & illustrator)

    Useful skills:

    • An understanding of eSignatures (benefits, legality and target customers)
    • Experience with SaaS businesses
    • Experience working with, and setting, OKRs
    • Experience in a previous internet based startup
