    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new post of Head of IT at Knowle West Media Centre. KWMC is growing and following an in depth review of the IT requirements of the organisation we are looking for an experienced Head of IT to develop and lead the IT strategy that will support current activities and future growth. The post holder will ultimately be responsible for managing and leading the technology functions to support the business.

    Salary £35,782

    Contract: Permanent

    Hours: 37 hours per week.

    We are open to job share applications or proposals. Occasional evening and weekend work as required by the programme.

    We are looking for a proactive person who loves working with IT in an arts and community context and believes in the power of co-creation to achieve better futures for all. We are looking to welcome into the team an organised, excellent communicator, who loves working with technology and people to make amazing things happen.

    The Head of Information Technology will be responsible for all aspects of the organisation’s IT infrastructure and systems in order to enable digital transformation, business continuity, service developments, cost effectiveness and regulatory compliance. The role combines management and strategic planning with practical hands-on work.
