You’ll be managing small to medium complexity projects and upholding the highest standards of project management methodology including regular and effective communication with key stakeholders, governance, change management and thorough risk management.
You’ll be commitment to helping transform Dyson IT into a strategic function by ensuring projects are structured, well planned and executed. You’ll be experienced in managing changes in project scope, costs, resources and timing within the framework of agreed governance and change control processes and be able to create exceptional quality project setup documents detailing scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, governance structure (as it relates to wider IT Roadmap governance).
You’ll also enable the growth and success of Dyson by working with team managers to produce checkpoint reports and project highlight reports, upholding the IT project management methodology, and we’d love for you to be constantly looking for improvements to discuss with the Programme Manager.
You’ll be a Project Manager first and foremost delivering large-scale systems and applications and have experience working with one or more of the following – AEM, Magento 2, Hybris, Forgerock, SAP, Salesforce, AWS. You’ll also be well versed in delivering Agile and Waterfall based projects in a fast-paced environment to challenging deadlines; ideally with a focus on customer experience.
You’ll have a problem solving approach and attitude to what you’re faced with and will be able to see solutions; communicating these to your technical and non-technical stakeholders in a really engaging way and have a desire to build and maintain strong working relationships with delivery partners. At Dyson we work at pace and change happens quickly – being able to anticipate project needs, prioritising a shifting workload whilst planning requirements across multiple platforms and 3rd Parties will be key to success in a role like this.
