RAC now have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience managing Apps & modern websites & technology to join our ever growing Marketing Team in Bristol (currently working from home), based on a 2- 3 month fixed term contract to start with, there may be a possibility for the role to be extended or even made permanent!
As a Digital Product Manager, you will support the management of the MyRAC (web and app) product roadmap, from inception through launch to the customer journey. This includes covering the performance and user experience of these products to ensure the best customer experience is delivered and RAC objectives are achieved.
It will include management of performance and user experience delivery between the commercial divisional teams and the development teams to achieve product success. The role will ensure that the UX and performance of these digital products is optimised and the RAC brand is managed effectively across all channels and ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard and acted upon.
The role will report into the Senior Digital Product Owner and support the following activity;
The role will require the successful candidate to have experience managing Apps and have a deep understanding of modern websites and technology, ideally a subject matter expert in digital product knowledge, delivery & management and know how to develop solutions alongside involvement with ecommerce platforms. As well as a strong Digital background we are looking for someone who can identify simple solutions to complex problems all whilst working at pace and achieving tight deadlines. This really is a fantastic role for someone who has been working within an agile environment, has the ability to translate customer language into technical details and has excellent commercial awareness.
