We are seeking an exceptional Camera Systems Architect to join our Core Engineering Team, taking a lead role in developing industry-leading camera designs for Ultraleap and our partners.
The camera system has a large impact on hand tracking performance and is at the heart of our world-leading hand tracking. You will take ownership in the development of our camera system to continue bringing our industry-leading designs from concept to our target markets. As a camera systems architect you will work closely with internal and external partners to define the camera feature roadmap for future generations of Ultraleap tracking cameras.
The role requires the ability to learn quickly and become familiar with several different technologies that synergize in our hand tracking system. Excellent communication and collaboration skills will be required to bridge the requirements of the product team and customers with our hardware, firmware, mechanical engineering teams and manufacturing partners.
This role will also include camera design evaluation and qualification of our ODM partner’s vision systems and documentation of camera-specific design, test, and manufacturing requirements.
Ultraleap was formed when Ultrahaptics and Leap Motion came together in May 2019.
