JOB TITLE: Business Analyst

Business Analysis is at the heart of Change and provides the key link between the Business and IT. We now have an exciting new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the team.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and analytical and who understands how technology is the differentiator in the market place. If you enjoy solving problems, improving how we deliver to our customers and have excellent communication skills, then we’d love to hear from you.
The Change Team comprises of Business Analysts and Project Managers, who work together to deliver business and IT changes in a dynamic FTSE 100 company. The Business Analyst role is highly varied and challenging and the need to adapt to different concepts and people is very important.
Business Analysts provide a key link between Hargreaves Lansdown’s business areas and IT and are crucial to the success of new projects and new developments. From the initial idea to the project going live, it is their responsibility to ensure the requirements are gathered and understood by all people involved and documented clearly. We now have an exciting new contract opportunity for a Business Analyst to join and work on a key transformation project which is looking to implement a client content & experience management system.
